SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The EROAD technology solution encompasses a secure approved vehicle hardware device, and a bank grade web-based payment and services gateway.  Vehicle information received from the hardware is processed by the Depot application server, and made available to users online. The EROAD system:

• allows operators to view vehicle and RUC status online using a secure internet connection;
• provides ability to purchase RUC online 24/7, with payment by Credit Card or Direct Debit;
• AutoRUC feature enables automatic RUC purchase when licence nears expiry;
• sends RUC licence to vehicle for display as an approved electronic licence;
• automatically tracks on-and-off road locations against RUC licences to generate off-road refund documentation;
• provides advanced fleet tracking and value-added services; and
• provides comprehensive and intuitive reporting and business tools.
