“The Health & Safety at Work Act is the biggest change we’ve seen in the industry for a very long time. It’s exciting but also a challenge, and getting a bit of diversity into the industry will really help. We need to employ more women. They’re better at paperwork, careful with their vehicles, and they’re great at getting involved and making things happen. It’s going to be beneficial for everyone in meeting the new requirements.
