FUEL MODULE

EROAD has developed an innovative Fuel Module to allow operators to view and proactively manage fuel consumption across their vehicle fleet. 

Vehicle distance and location is combined with transactional data received from your fuel provider to measure vehicle fuel performance and identify exceptions.  The Fuel Report provides fleet and vehicle fuel consumption, cost and emission related information for selected reporting periods.  Fuel reports are exportable in pdf and csv formats.

Fuel exceptions reported include the following location, usage and fuel type variations:

1. Fuel card used without the approved vehicle being within a set range from the fuel site location.
2. Consumption is greater than a defined tolerance above the vehicles average consumption.
3. Fuel type purchased is not consistent with vehicle fuel type.
