EROAD makes a long term commitment to our clients to ensure that they enjoy the highest service and support levels. EROAD has dedicated support staff and achieves 99.9% service availability.
Installation
- Installation services are arranged between the customer and an EROAD certified installer.
- EROAD provides assistance to set up the Customer vehicles and provides user access to the web-based software.
Administration
- Depot web application allows users to be granted "roles" that allow them to see and use the different functions.
- Fleets can be created and filtered to find and focus on critical information.
- User access can be restricted by vehicle and fleet.
Support
- Helpdesk available on Business Days with after-hours fault logging;
- EROAD aims to respond to all support requests within one hour;
- Fault resolution is typically within 48 hours, with most requests resolved in a matter of hours;
- EROAD aims to provide a 48 hour swap out for hardware failures;
- All support, maintenance and warranties are included in the monthly service fee;
- Web portal features HELP button with the latest information in how to solve most queries; and
- Software and hardware updates provided at no cost during the service period.
