CUSTOMER SUPPORT

EROAD makes a long term commitment to our clients to ensure that they enjoy the highest service and support levels.  EROAD has dedicated support staff and achieves 99.9% service availability. 

Installation

  1. Installation services are arranged between the customer and an EROAD certified installer.
  2. EROAD provides assistance to set up the Customer vehicles and provides user access to the web-based software.

Administration

  1. Depot web application allows users to be granted "roles" that allow them to see and use the different functions.
  2. Fleets can be created and filtered to find and focus on critical information.
  3. User access can be restricted by vehicle and fleet.

Support

  1. Helpdesk available on Business Days with after-hours fault logging;
  2. EROAD aims to respond to all support requests within one hour;
  3. Fault resolution is typically within 48 hours, with most requests resolved in a matter of hours;
  4. EROAD aims to provide a 48 hour swap out for hardware failures;
  5. All support, maintenance and warranties are included in the monthly service fee;
  6. Web portal features HELP button with the latest information in how to solve most queries; and
  7. Software and hardware updates provided at no cost during the service period.
